Do you want eternal life? Everyone dreams at one time or another of immortality. However, the cost may be more painful than death.
This work was donated by an external donor.
At the center of the myriad of machines assembled together is incorporated a young girl who bears the marks of painful body modification. The girl's face is lifeless, but her voice is low and growling, and she is certainly still alive. Her hair has grown long enough to touch the ground, and one can only imagine how long she has been living this way.
This device exists to keep the girl alive forever. A core called a “cellular activator” is attached to the girl's abdomen, and as long as this continues to move, the girl will live forever. However, the core requires energy to power it, and the girl's body has been modified in various ways to generate that energy. Her limbs have been amputated, most of her organs, muscles, and bones have been removed, and many machines have been implanted in her body instead.
The “power unit” implanted in the girl's head will then generate the power for the cellular activation device and other devices. This device generates energy by converting “stimuli” felt by the girl. However, the amount of energy generated by ordinary stimuli felt by a person is really very small. Therefore, the girl's nerve cells throughout her body have been remodeled dozens of times, and she continues to receive enormous amounts of all kinds of stimuli.
Since “pleasure” is the most efficient and least demanding on the body, the girl continues to receive stimulation all over her body to the point that she is left coming all over. Her nipples and clitoris are polished by the spinning brush, and her urethra, cunt, and anus are continually fucked by the dildo. But stimulation is not enough. The pain and tickling of the electric current, the searing heat of the core's body, the cold from the cooling of the moisture generator, the need to defecate controlled in months, the suffocation from the breathing control, the eternally unsatisfied thirst and hunger... all the stimulation is thoroughly applied. In this way, the power generation of the power unit exceeds the consumption of the entire apparatus, making it a perpetual engine.
Of course, it would be impossible for her to remain sane if she were subjected to such a situation. However, because this power unit requires the girl to “feel” the stimulation, she is not allowed to go crazy, lose consciousness, or even sleep. Therefore, the girl's central nervous system has been altered through brain surgery, and electrodes have been inserted into her brain to force her to remain sane and conscious.
When my work was human, I was a girl with no special characteristics. She was an ordinary schoolgirl, the kind of girl who could be found anywhere. She was loved by everyone around her for her cheerful personality, had many friends, and was good at sports rather than studying. She loved school and loved to get together for events. The photos displayed behind the artwork are memories of such artwork and friends at school.
However, just before graduation, she suddenly disappeared. At the time, she was so well known to the public that even the newspapers picked up on her disappearance. A search was conducted by the police, but she was never found.
Decades later, a researcher died, and people entered the room. There they found a young girl who had changed. Her hair had turned white from stress and her skin had gone completely white from living underground for so long, but she was still alive. This horrifying, brutal, and technologically advanced creation was inevitably sent to our laboratory, where she was subjected to numerous verifications and studies. After much research and study, she was exhibited as a work of art.
Her student ID card is tattered from years of exposure to her own bodily fluids. DNA testing has confirmed that they are the same person.

The "cell activator" comes from the Perry Rhodan novel.

It would be interesting to see the story leading up to what happened to the girl.
