Who are some of your favorite voice actors in video games?

I'll have to watch the posted version later as I am at work, but I do have a question. I am currently in the planning process for a game based around the idea of doing whatever you want within the confines of a small town you've just recently moved to for a year. You could choose to do anything from being a contributing member to the community to being a murderous plague on the town with the visuals changing based around your actions. One od the major things I need is ideas for npcs, as we'll need at least 100 to make the town feel alive. Would you two at all be interested in contributing a character concept?
