Yeah. I think maybe it's because he was being bullied for being an outcast at his normal school, but now that he's in a school full of people like him, he's more outgoing and wants to make friends.

(Not hating) But it feels like Pugsley is a completely different character now, like he's more confident and sadistic. In season one even though his role wasn't as large, he felt more meek, and shy. It just feels like someone totally new, I guess they could argue puberty. Also wow, its the mom from Scream the one that played the twins mother.
