When I started meditating to this, I sew myself inside the water, cleaning the ocean, after I become a tree with my legs- roots deep earth grounded and my hand became an antena collecting universal energy. Abundance of energy past though my hand deep inside the earth through my roots... My intention was earth healing, earth protection, protection for stones and precious crystals (so no one can find them), earth having the power for cancelling the energetic frequncecies that government are using against people. 🌎 💙 May blessings be with you QI, and evenness else reading this comment. 🌟
