Sorry to hear man, try to pace yourself, sounds rough! If you can’t find peace while having to work at your home, maybe you can try to find a private room at a library, get away from a rough home situation, and just find some place where you can get more peace and solitude! I know when I feel I can’t get a bit of peace at home, I tend to go for a breather, and just get myself out somewhere, where I can catch my breath! Heck event if you’re not working, or just reading a book or playing a gaming handheld or phone game, sometimes it’s good to just get out for a little bit, in whatever way works to help ya catch your breath!
