Chapter 6 Announcement and Training
Nightwing made promises to Superboy, and he planned to keep said promises.
The two had issues with trust and honesty, Batman kept Dick weighed down with all these secrets and rules, and maybe they worked for him, but not Dick. He had implemented such things with the team and they caused nothing but trouble in the long run.

“Key to our place.” Nightwing had set them up a base of their own, so they could live together and bond as team mates.
