He loves them both equally, they don't need to fight over him, they're a big happy family of three.
The two poke-girls hug each other, their rivalry over and a lovely three way relationship blossoming. The townsfolk below, those at a safe distance anyway, cheer the happy ending, even the trainer they had beaten out before is just happy to see them finally happy.
