Multi. Like a character growing additional body parts. Or even going to the extreme of a character dividing into two or more bodies and those growing additional body parts. Anyone who's read some of the works by Tazel or Phen on on FA probably knows what I mean. Of course Extreme Fat's still my favorite, but Multi has become a close second.
