OHHHH your probably right, it never really occurred to me that the horn technology might be a newer thing whereas viza might be from the older generation, good observation 😌😌

And Visa doesn't have any horns so no black horns even though he is a black trigger user. I think he is just older than the horn technology has been used by the Aftokrator people.

Reiji used a trigger called spider to set up the wires. Using that they can be deployed quickly so he probably didn't set them up before the fight. It can also be used with meteor to create the trip wire bomb we saw.
