ohhhh, that did actually kinda confuse me whenever they showed the ranks of a specific person, they never really specified if that person himself has the talent of that rank or if the entire squad's talent put together had that much talent so thank you for clarifying that for me. and I'm happily surprised to see such an advanced Raygust user, I hope he's someone that gets more screen time cause he seems pretty cool, especially with how talented he is 😌😌

Being A or B rank is about the squad as a whole. There are some exceptionally powerful individuals in B-rank. Ko (the guy in green using Raygust as a sheid) is an excellent example of that. He is ranked fourth amongst all attakers in Border, and is stronger than many A-ranks but is still only B rank because of his squad.
