You should be able to just join back in using these instructions, you may need to unlink and relink your discord to your patreon.

Just join back in as you did initially, this happens from time to time if you don't have a role in there or if your payment was declined

All good, just join the same way you did initially. The bot removes all people that don't have a role on the 28th of each month, it may have glitched and not given you a role
