Easy. I start with the internal view, then make another layer on top of it and draw the external bulges to line up with the internal parts. Usually helps if I keep the new layer transparent so I can see where everything is :3

I think the internal looks great!👍 By the way, how do you make the internal version’s body line up with the “outer” version?
