I grew up watching and loving the stooges. That being said, it’s a niche comedy today and probably not the best choice for this channel. I’d recommend vintage sitcoms like Andy Griffith or I Love Lucy tbh. Stooges has no structure or continuing plot to grab people’s attention to watch the next reaction. It’s more of a mindless watch. Nothing to really deconstruct or react to other then haha it’s funny they got hurt again and again

I would research as advised as one of the three cast members changed 3 times at least. I stopped finding it enjoyable after Curly and the replacement Curly left the team, the 3rd was Schemp who was brought in after "Curly" left (he tried but the magic wasn't there for myself and many). Worth looking into as they are comedy legends.

Look it up by individual skit and react to like 8 of them in 1 video as a variety thing. They were comedians - so most famous skits would be the way to go. I always loved how they included parts of tap dancing in the way they move around their space.

Honestly, google em, lol. And watch youtube clips of their work. I'm no where near an expert on the subject, but they're basically old school performance comedy. Slapstick style comedy that started in the 1920's, and lasted for many decades.

Larry Fine was brought in to the last 3 Fast & Furious movies after Paul Walker died. They look pretty similar, so no one noticed the difference. And Curly and Moe Howard were in Hobbs & Shaw. Curly fell in for The Rock and Moe played Jason Stathams charachter since they didn’t wanna be in it anymore. So just watch those, you’ll laugh your ass off.

I agree with Violet. They have so many tv skits, shows, episodes, etc. And this was before everything was a half hour long. Kinda like bugs Bunny and tom & jerry toons. Your best bet is watching a best of on YouTube. I had a VHS when I was kid that was literally a best of tape. But Larry, Mo, & Curly are OG physical comedians.

Oh man.. there's a lot to unpack here. The Three Stooges are a long-time comedy trio from the 1920's to the 1970's. It started out as a vaudeville genre of entertainment which consisted of multiple acts of live action entertainment presented on stage. That type of entertainment was popular in the late 1800's to the early 1900's. Radio, movies, and TV weren't really a thing then. The live plays and stage stuff were really the only type of entertainment the regular folk could consume on a large scale outside of their norm. The invention of the mass media entertainment (radio, movies, tv) changed a lot of things. Their comedy routine would take full advantage of the new era of mass communication as their comedy bits were already well honed by the comedy group and were able to show them to an audience that rarely experienced that type of entertainment. Long story short, The Three Stooges movies and TV shows are more of an iconic thing rather than something that needs everything of theirs to be reacted to. If you watch a couple of their comedy skits, you will get the references when mentioned in other films. They were masters at the physical comedy stuff we take for granted. The Three Stooges ability to show their groundbreaking physical comedy on a massive scale for everyone to experience is a big reason why they're iconic.

The Three Stooges were a series of short subjects made during the 30s and 40s and show in theaters before a movie. The Stooges themselves were Moe, Larry and Curly (later Shemp). You can find them on youtube.
