i think the after credits scene with the musical was supposed to be a joke lol. It was pretty awful and cringy but i think that was done on purpose lmao.

Yeah, pretty sure they were pre-blip. And I stand corrected, they WERE part of the MCU (I was thinking of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the arguments regarding whether or not it's canon). Personally I never got the feeling that they were truly integrated with the movies beyond the references. Maybe because of the darker tone. With Phase 5 however, with the appearances of -spoiler spoiler etc- it feels like it's all coming together.

He will love those shows and he should do them before moving into Phase 5. Yes! Frank is awesome and the series does mention super powered beings aka The Avengers. Also, wasn’t most of it was pre 2012? I know it was pre-blip. He’s got to watch it to understand King Pin.

Yes, it's like everyone forgets the Netflix shows when they talk about watching Marvel stuff. Ok sure, they're not considered part of the current MCU canon, but they were TOP quality. Daredevil and Punisher still have a special place in my heart. Jon Bernthal's Frank Castle was absolutely perfect.

Leo, PLEASE go back and watch all the Netflix shows: Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Punisher, Iron Fist and Luke Cage. They all connect, so watch them in order. They are what happened after 2010 AND they also have a mashup season, The Defenders. If Marvel had kept Jessica Jones, rebooted Iron Fist, continued with The Punisher and retooled Luke Cage, they could have moved over into grittier things. These shows are raw, and better than the past few Marvel movies. These series will show you who King Pin is, as well. He's soft in this series.

I like how Yelena learning to forgive Clint mirrors Leo forgiving him lol I think Val just put Yelena in touch with Elanor, that's probably what their meeting at the end of Black Widow was about Kingpin isn't super-strong, he's just... incredibly regular-strong. Like CRAZY regular-strong. Anyway we didn't see a body, so I'm assuming he's still alive.

Dear meat, aka venison, is soo yummy. Kingpin is coming back into MCU in a big way. The Rolex belonging to Hawkeye's wife, she used to be a member of SHEILD. That is the logo on the backside of the watch. Oh come on Leo, the musical isn't that bad. I'm not a fan of nearly any musicals and I thought it was funny. "I can do this all day" was Captain America's tag line. Yes it is supposed to be cheesy. Calm tf down ya big baby lol.

I know but it would've been amazing and he would definitely enjoy marvel more and let's be honest daredevil is the best acting marvel TV show ever then punisher hell at least the first episode before he watches spiderman no way home come on now

this show was honestly underrated. i loved how down to earth and cozy it felt compared to some of the other marvel projects recently. definitely needed a smaller scale story to give us a break from all the multiverse stuff.

I know most of us didn’t like the musical post credit scene (myself included), but let’s be honest it would happen in real life. Tragic events are turned into movies shockingly fast after they happen. United 93 was released only 5 years after 9/11 happened, Patriots Day only 3 years after the Boston Marathon, and Elephant only 4 years after the Columbine Massacre. It’s fucked up but unfortunately it’s how the world is.

King pin is a major bad guy in marvel. The same actor played king pin in the daredevil series and crushed the role. Not the same actor but king pin was the main bad guy in the animated spiderman movie you watched also. Side note, a very funny movie that includes larping in it is Role Models. Right up your alley as far as comedies go. Another good one that you haven't reacted to is Due Date.

So.. the reason i suggested daredevil s1 before hawkeye, is cuz kingpin is the villain there and you get to see him in all his glory. In hawkeye hes very watered down
