Just your regular alien plant encounter
🕑 Added 2019-07-27 12:07:54 +0000 UTCOh boy am I glad that finally we are getting a show with cool sci-fi bodysuit that is not a mecha. Even better, it's a show about encountering alien life and ecosystem, which, obviously, is a topic I am very much into π to the point that I actually wrote a few paragraphs explaining the biology and behavior of this one. Go check that out in the CG Folder!
I mean I'm sure we've been very much used to this kind of creature, but in the spirit of this survival serie, I think this is a good opportunity to actually put some thought and figure out how they'd actually work βΊοΈ πΊπΏ
- Full CG Set is in the $2.5 Folder.
- The cleaned-up (no tentacle) and transparent renders are in the $5 EXTRAS Folder (Kanata1_EXTRAS).
- PSD File is in the $7.5 Folder.
Enjoy the journey!
(Also yeah, I use the manga design because the anime bodysuit design was kinda bland)

I just now realized that they did indeed got rid of most, if not all of the DAT ASS moments xD

The funny thing is that the anime design is actually more complicated than the manga one! The anime design has additional armors on the arm, leg and waist. I feel like the anime just don't want the suit to look too "naked", considering they also cut out all the butt shots.... XD

after seeing Kanata's suit, how can I not eventually draw him? XD
you can understand why they would redesign it, the extra time needed to animate and check all the small details, but yeah, the manga one is just much better
