🕑 Added 2021-09-25 02:29:16 +0000 UTC I will start a 72 hour in-water test following tonight's stream. If the solution turns out to be this simple, I'll be relieved. Also glad I checked all the simple potential problems first before doing a teardown + rebuild
EDIT: This solved one source of water ingress but not the other, a long gnarly crack in the habitat shell I assume resulted from tightening the bolts connecting the ballast pods too much. I will need to tear down and rebuild it with a new hab shell and perhaps a new gate valve while I'm at it. This will take some time and $$$.

Always go with the simplest answer first. That's why Roy always answered the IT phone with "Did you try turning it off and on again", then follows up with " Is it definitely plugged in".
