I just looked it up and I believe the Disney+ version (the one I am watching) of the movie is edited and shortened. There are missing scenes for whatever reason. The movie is 1 hour 19 minutes on Disney+ and 1 hour 26 minutes normally. I believe that’s the reason things got mixed up.
I looked back at the audio earlier, and again now. I am not seeing any issues here. Are you referring to Zach saying "England is on some next-level dumbass shit. Everyone over there has a villa"?
I am having the same issue. The commentary track around 12 minutes or so seems to start talking about another scene.
Hi Masky, I just took a look at it, and I am not seeing the issue. Are you saying 12:16 into the movie? Or 12:16 into the recording?

Eh there's something wrong with the track about 12:16 in start talking about a different scene then it jumps back
