🕑 Added 2022-07-10 15:17:51 +0000 UTCSlowly but surel! Today will be my first cheat day in a week. I honestly can say I have never followed a diet this well in my life. I’m tracking everythin, not giving into cravings, and just giving it what I got.
I weighed in at 163 last Monday, and yesterday weighed in at 156. That is a LOT of fluid retention and bloating gone.
