May Update
🕑 Added 2024-05-08 18:19:58 +0000 UTCFinally, it's time for our Monthly Update report! I'm so sorry that this report took longer than expected for me to write (I've been overwhelmed by exams and other commissions, you know, it's the end of the semester).
In the next update, we will provide more Bloodlust difficulty of pre-existing charts and a new song made by another artist, take a look at the thumbnail...! 👀 (And of course, we will also fix most of the reported bugs!) More information will be disclosed this Sunday!
Since the last update, we have been working on the Story Mode of Chapter 1. The story has been completed already and we are ready to implement it into the game, hopefully, we can let everyone enjoy the demo of the story mode in the future! (We won't show you the entire plot yet, so you can experience it completely when the game comes out!)
Moreover, we are also working on a combat mode, where you send three characters to defeat a boss during a song. The other functions of the combat mode are still being implemented (such as changing Team Members, switching Teams etc). But if there are no more bugs, we should be able to include that in this update!
Pictures will be posted in our Discord server for a sneak peek of the story and the team settings, so make sure to join it if you haven't! Besides, if you still haven't received the code for downloading the game, please make sure to let us know ASAP!
Lastly, here is a summary/TLDR of what we have been doing as a list:
Finishing the plot and story of Chapter 1
Working on Story Mode (Story map mostly)
Charting more songs! (Fun fact: We have finished charting 3 more songs' CST and LNR difficulty already, including some original songs for the game!)
Implementing Teams and Combat Mode
Bug hunting and fixing
Finalising the actual Steam page, which will be opened for Wishlist very soon!
