Yes this has been reported a few times! But, it's on the programming side, so my hands are tied. FnA is working on it now. A temporary fix is to only save the game in front of a transfer point in a safehouse, which seems to be reasonably bug-free.
Would like to report a bug for the latest release of Zombie. Whenever you save the game in a populated area, if you load that save, all characters/sprites flash very rapidly and then vanish, and you can't leave the area. Maybe it's just my computer, but figured I'd let you know.
