Hmm sadly in Germany Steam geoblocks those games due to dispute with our government.

Did I read correctly that the steam version will have a different quest than the patreon version? If so to get full content do we need to buy both versions?

Did steam give you any guff over the games content ? specifically the Animal content ,the religious nuts and far right wingers had forced them into a house cleaning mode a while back ,and they banned a bunch of games over Certain " content" some found objectionable ...

If you're already a patron it's pretty much the same thing, no need to get it on Steam! There's just some people who want the game on Steam specifically. Also eventually on Steam you can get achievements down the road.
