Hi everyone!
We're starting this week off with something new! I'm not entirely sure what to call this—gym motivation? workout audio? ???—but today's episode is a 40-minute audio you can listen to WHILE you workout! Your tough Dommy girlfriend is right there with you for your entire workout, from warmup to cooldown, giving you tough love, motivation, and recognition for all your hard work.
This audio includes time for TEN 2-minute sets followed by 1 minute of talking to act as your break. You can use this audio however you would like, though! If your sets are a little shorter than 2-minutes, you can use part of the set time as your break. If you have more than ten sets in your workout, you can always replay sections until you get to the end of your workout.
I'm including a version WITH music and WITHOUT, so pick whichever one works best for you.
I'm really curious to see how this goes, so please let me know your experience when you're done with your workout :p
