🕑 Added 2023-12-18 22:23:14 +0000 UTCTorgy got me sick, so no gym. Instead, I've been working on flexibility and core strengthening workouts. My lower back has been quite painful lately, as well as continued numbness in my hip/thigh for a few weeks. Possible pinched nerve, but current exercises seem to be working with almost all feeling returned.
