What's new:
-New location: Apartments block
The place there Janice's apartment building is located. Later more inhabitants will arrive.
-New location: Janice's apartment
This is there Janice will spend her free time.

Progression updated.
New clothing and haircut unlocks during the progression.
She now also appears in the hot tub at the bathroom.

Conversion to the new customization system.
Customization unlocks during the progression.
Janice's dream scene reworked. The last part now unlocks during the progression and now it is possible to choose the parts you want to watch in the replay at the Diary.

After returning the math book, borrowing books from her will be available.
-New weekly job.
New job for making money is available at Janice's home. It is available once per week.
-Volleyball game update. Now the score is displayed on the screen. After hitting the ball 6 times, there is a surprise :)
-VR.
Now it is possible to turn off VR mode completely at the options menu.
So if you don't have VR headset or don't want to use it, you can just turn it off to avoid accidental camera switches.
*ATTENTION* Seaside Mystery now also has similar "Connect to Patreon" system as it was in The Twist. To use Load/Save game you'll need to link your game to Patreon. Linking process is exactly the same as it was in The Twist.
How to link the game to Patreon:
1) Click on "Link account" button.
2) The browser will pop and it will ask your permission for information needed to verify your account and it's reward tier. Click Allow.
3) You will see "CONNECTED". You can close this window.
4) Get back into the game's window. If you're patron, the tier doesn't matter. You will see the green "Account linked" message below the main menu and LOAD GAME / SAVE GAME options will be functional.
You need to login only once. Next time you launch the game, no additional actions will be needed.
Unpacking instructions (Windows):
1) Download the game.
2) Right-click on the .rar file and choose Extract.
3) Enjoy the game.
I'd recommend to use WinRar (free software).
*SaveGame files are located in "C:\Users\UserName\Documents\SeasideMystery\"*
Unpacking instructions (Mac):
1) Download the game.
2) Extract the .zip file (I'd recommend to use The Unarchiver (free software) from appstore)
3) Launch the game through the Finder.
*Attention!* If you get "SeasideMystery*.app is damaged and can't be opened" message, use "xattr -cr SeasideMystery*.app" command in terminal. It will make the game work.

Still get the the app is damaged error. I have a M1 Mac. Did you do an additional step. I have tried the command terminal method and could not get that to work. I figured I am missing some step.

Interactable objects hit box like doors was in wrong place. For VR issues I may create more detailed report in discord. need to test more.

By interaction positions you mean UI elements or the objects you can click on, like doors etc? VR is a little bit messy in this version, it is being reworked right now. In unsupported rooms camera shouldn't even switch to VR camera.

I'm I only one who have problems with 4k resolution. When changing to 1080p it was working so it seems interactions positions are in 1080p coordinates. Also VR support. So unsupported rooms are fixed cameras and VR supported are able to look around?

There is something with permissions on Mac, as soon as I upload and download the game, the message appears. As I am not a mac user I am not sure how to deal with this, I'd appreciate if someone more knowledgeable in macs explained me how to fix that. As for now, to fix that use "xattr -cr SeasideMystert171.app" command in terminal, this will make it work. P.S. instructions added to the main post.

For the Mac version I still get the error that it "is damaged and can't be open." I know another user mentioned a work around in discord. Would it be possible add that work around the the Unpacking Instructions? I have been playing on a PC, but my Mac is my primary computer, so I would love to switch to my Mac.
