First a viral gastroenteritis followed by a tonsillitis (Thanks body!) and I only started feeling better this week. It would be unfair to charge for this month after posting so little so I have paused my account for the next billing cycle and you wonโt be charged on November 1st.
I will be posting again regularly in November so effectively October will be free.
The viral gastroenteritis was pretty rough and I lost 25lbs in 5 days. Iโve been able to eat normal again since the weekend and so far Iโve managed to regain 20lbs by eating almost constantly๐ท So Iโm positive that Iโll be back at 560 very soon.

Thank you! A lot of it was water weight to be fair, I donโt think itโs possible to lose 25 "real" lbs in 5 days lol. But it was frustrating to see the numbers drop and Iโm more than relieved to be back at 555 already
