Good news about my back!

Today was the first day without back pain!!!!!!!!!
IT'S SUPER STRANGE TO ME NOW! XD
Earlier I said I would go back to work in 2 or 3 days. I tried, but I had to do 20 minutes of work and then I would stop because of the pain. Another 20 minutes of work and the same thing again and again. It was very frustrating and I was getting scared because my stay and food depends on this.
And today morning while I was doing the stretches and thundering my back, I felt a loud crack and.... omg... 40/50% of the pain went away.... (It was like a cartoon.)
I think tomorrow I'll be able to sit down to work again like before, or maybe a couple of hours without this affecting me so much. But I'm excited that by doing these things I can get my mobility back!
The older patreons know about me.... And I was thinking that maybe when I escaped from my country and came to this country and did forced labor in constructions? Maybe that also helped my spine get damaged? Uh...
I couldn't work for almost 2 whole weeks.... I'm really... I'M SO SORRY! I'M SO SORRY! q____p (I swear I dread the thought of being stuck by my back for months. That's why this makes me so happy)
I'm happy because now I can go back to work! And a lot of new people arrived, so everyone! Welcome!!!
I'm an animator who tries not to be a soulless robot on patreon and I also try to give the best I can with my current tools. New people have arrived so if this keeps up I'm sure in a few months I'll improve my pc to offer more quality.
We are humans, with feelings. Yeah I'm working hard on this. But you help me with money that you have earned working. Maybe you feel it's not enough. But it is the sweat of your brow and I value it very much. That's why I try to do my best. I do this hard work and get money to live thanks to you. Oh yeah! I went to the chiropractor days ago. So I'm doing the exercises that he told me and is working! Owo The bad thing is... This will be for my entire life. The good thing is... FUGG! I'M ABLE TO MINIMIZE THE PAIN AND THAT'S GREAT! QWQ

Given how a good bit of the pain went away from cracking your back, you could just need a visit to the chiropractor instead. Hopefully that’s the case!

Perhaps a foam roller or trigger point ball could help? The first can be had pretty cheaply, and the second can be substituted with a tennis ball (which is softer, though). I have had an unfortunate relationship with back-related sports injuries, and those things have helped hugely.

It's awesome the pain has subsided a bit due to the stretches, let's hope it can continue and you'll hopefully be free from the pain soon! Keep it up but don't force yourself do things when they are painful, I personally don't mind having to wait a month or two for you get better, it's worth it!

That's great!! I still think you should get something for your back to have good support when you're sitting. Even if you're feeling better now you could have some serious damage in the long term! Please please please get something for back support like a back rest for your bed or a good office chair with lumbar support if you can fit it in your room ;w;

Yeah I felt the back pain in the past... p3p But this kind of pain it's like.... Imagine something like a man put his hand inside your left scapula and start to moving it grabbing flesh (I dunno if explain nice my self with this explanation xD)
