Okey, the plan was a little ruined... But I'll continue.

Recently I felt a big pain in the upper part of it.
Yeah, My down part of my back looks like a Mario Kart level right now.
I were disabled to work for almost 3 days. Today I went to the chiropractor and now I'm a lot better. But the bones made damage on the muscular superficie around them. So, I'm in pain, but just for 2 or 3 days.
I'm able to do training to my body and move like the usual. But now I must pay 50 extra USD every 2 months. FUGG ME.
What kind to start the year uh? XD But... I will be okey, I just need to rest.
And remember, like the older photo I've posted in "announcements"
I don't have a chair, I do everything sitted on my bed. So back pain is getting usual after an entire year.
I really need the fugging legal papers to in that way search a better home and with a more bigger room so in that way, buy a Chair to work. I must wait 3 or 5 months to have news about them.
Super mega thanks to you for supporting me, it's the first time I feel like I'm doing something right, and you've really helped me a lot by being here to help me. Finally I don't feel so alone.

If anything, you could probably use a couple pillows as a back rest for now if you aren’t able to get one

Be sure that when you get a chair that it isn't a gamer chair. Those things are a waste of money- a normal (preferably) ergonomic office chair is just fine, especially if it has lumbar support to help force you to sit up straight.

Damn, that sucks. Hope you get better soon. A good chair and desk is important, maybe a desk you can change the height of so you can work while standing. You should also think about doing some sports to strengthen your back muscles, it really helps.

I have a sticky note on my computer that says POSTURE CHECK so whenever I glance at it, I have to fix my posture, lol
