Also things are about to get lewd and I need a way to get this stuff up without breaking the Patreon TOS. Does anybody know how other artists handle this?

Yeah it's a bannable offense, technically. It just sounds like it's not enforced super hard on low level people.

Hm, I follow other purveyors of lewds here on Patreon and they seem to be posting them without issue. Is there something in the TOS regarding what kind of adult content you can post?

YAY! More B&E! ... and from the sound of it some T&A in B&E shortly. ...I'll let you know if I hear of how artists avoid TOS issues ...but I have seen a lot of stuff just flat out posted personally.
