This file is a supportive, encouraging file to lull the listener to sleep. It's a bit of a departure from my usual content, but I know that many of you choose to use these files daily, and this could be a great way to keep healthy and safe with hypno use, feeling like you are connecting with the files but also giving time and space to relax, reset, and build healthy habits. Besides some subliminals that encourage the user to sleep, there are mentions of engaging with our community, making friends, and encouraging each other to progress and be creative together.
