Aaah, ok. Because I always wondered how you would grow a co-op because every new member would have to sign up for a bunch of debt or pay a lot upfront to buy a debt share of someone else. Having the debt be no actual person's debt makes more sense

Yes and no. Generally you would own a share of the business and then the business would hold the debt. From there it all gets nitty gritty based on how the coop is structured, but usually coops are incorporated entities like most business, so the liability is with the business and not the members.

There was some talk about this issue in one of the QC subreddits. It sounds to my kinda-but-not-really-that-knowledgeable ear that there may have been some weird changes to the DNS record for the QC website. If you're on Windows, try opening an elevated command prompt and running "ipconfig /flushdns". This will flush your cached DNS entries and will force a new query the next time you try loading questionablecontent.net. I just tried going to the website on my phone and my phone popped up with this link: https://questionablecontent.net/view.php?comic=4720 It's a comic with Roko and Yay talking on Roko's couch. If you click current comic, it shows the comic posted here yesterday where Roko is sitting on the same couch trying to talk to Yay and now I have a sad again.

Hey Jeph! The QC site is completely offline in Australia, and has been for over72 hours now. All attempts to reach QC are re-directed to the old QC forums. Attempts to reload previous pages from the last two weeks get a 404 error saying there is no PHP database. Last visible post featured Hannelore and Sven, since then nothing. I joined Patreon specifically to let you know mate. Love the comics please keep them coming. Respect!
