Mmm, Bubbles wasn’t made for the military, she joined by choice. She explained it way back when Momo asked her. Her chassis is definitely military, but I don’t think it’s ever been explained beyond that. Like was it an upgrade to what she had before? Was she issued a standard chassis upon joining? Given what we know about integration from the different experiences May and Roko have had… there’s a lot of interesting questions to consider in that space.

Possibly the vest itself functions more like a corset? We don't currently have evidence for Evan wearing a bra at all :) it looks like both in her PJs and her current top, the puppies are NOT on the leash.

Amongst all the other appealing aspects of the artwork, I'm strangely impressed by the rumpled/overstretched straps on Evan's top. It's almost as if the elastic has been taxed to the extreme...or maybe the sleeves were torn off. Either way, great detail!
