I love the way she encourages Emmet, not harsh or forceful, but not just letting it go in a flawed attempt to be "kind". Faye makes it clear in a very friendly manner that she's confident that they can clearly express themself, and she gives them space (verbally and physically) to do so. Two thumbs way up Faye.
