If she's worried about getting judged harshly, I'd say the biggest candidates for being huge jerks are Marigold (because she's insecure about herself) and May (because she uses insults to keep people at arm's length). I don't think either one of them would really intend to hurt her feelings, but that's the most common setup for hurting feelings that exists.
