In order to use the soul food theme, do I have to buy a restaurant? I have the new version cookbook but don’t see it

Somik

Hi! Most likely, it's the Cookbook of the old version- from what date do you have the book?

tazmon connley

Hi can I get some assistance? Ive tried deleting and redownloading this mod and another mod and for some reason they don't show up in my cookbook? I only downloaded the custom since I play with the Realistic Cooking Mod but they just won't show up in my cookbook.

If you plan to add more soul food here are a few examples of the cultures favs mac and cheese, banana pudding, sweet potato pie, turkey wings and cabbage, crab boils, deviled eggs, garlic crabs, gumbo, and thats just to name a few.

COY

I can not believe that this is here! runs to delete the other mods that I have for soul food! SO great to know that I can get my favorite mods all in one place! Thank you so much for this!

Toni Hawthorne

I could cry! I never would have expected this. Thanks so much.

LW

Tiffany Michaels

I cannot wait to try these out in game, thank you so so much for the representation!!

chels

Great job!

Somik

I just deleted the name of the cornbread)) He's not in the game.

Dio

Amazing job. I love it. The collard greens look more realistic than anything I’ve seen. The comment about the cornbread is accurate though. It’s usually square or muffin shaped.

The Sarah O.

Love this!! Someone on Twitter mentioned: “a negative moodlet about the house smelling as they cook the chittlings 😂” Here’s the recent Black Simmer Connect community tweet about the awesome soul food content 🥰 https://x.com/thesarah_o/status/1834250500658569423?s=46

I got the alert on my phone and ran to download! Please make more Soul Food!! S&S food is the only food we make in my game and having foods that match my (and my Sim's) culture is a huge gamechanger!!

Neia T

i love this!!!!

Somik

Cooking mod adds new products and makes the game more difficult)

Somik

Thanks for the constructive criticism! We are not personally familiar with this kitchen and we acted from pictures and videos from the Internet - he could have lied to us))

A. Dean

This is fantastic. Thank you!

Cassy98

This looks so good. The only critique I have is that the cornbread looks more like Texas Toast instead of cornbread. Cornbread is usually shaped in the form of a square, triangle or a muffin, depending on the pan you use to make cornbread (whether it's a square pan, skillet or a muffin pan). Other than that, this looks great. Surprised how good the chittlings look, that's really going soul food and southern. Will definitely have my Sims have a nice Sunday spread or add these recipes to my soul food restaurant.
