Moi Moi
It is a steamed bean pudding made from a base of beans and different peppers. With this recipe, you'll be able to bring the taste of Nigeria into your own home!
Jollof rice with chicken and bananas
Jollof rice is a spicy and savory West African dish that’s made differently from country to country. Nigerian jollof rice is prized for its delicious, smoky flavor and simplicity
Egusi soup with fufu
Creamy, nutty egusi soup is a staple in homes and bukas, or street food stalls, across Nigeria and in many parts of West Africa. The soup takes its name from egusi, or agushi―the seeds that both thicken and flavor it.
The cooking process:
Install only one version to choose from (ingredients are optional):
EA (if you play without Realistic Cooking Mod and/or SCCO)
Custom (if you are playing with Realistic Cooking Mod and/or SCCO)
(recipe pictures will be here after the mod update...)

Traditionally, Egusi is eaten not with a spoon, but with the help of fufu.
Fufu is a thick porridge (dough) of boiled cassava, yams, sweet potatoes or plantains crushed in a mortar.
Fufu is rolled into small balls and swallowed whole, eaten instead of bread with soup or sauce. Fufu is a traditional dish of the peoples of Western and partly Central Africa, especially popular in Ghana and Nigeria.

Hi! It is strange that only one of the recipes does not work, since they are all in one file. Recipes should not cause any conflicts. I can only advise reinstalling the cookbook and clearing the game cache

Thank you so much for your hard work – quick question: do you have a Discord or somewhere for issues? I’ve downloaded and re-downloaded this particular recipe several times, and it keeps disappearing out of my files. I’ve been able to prepare the meal several times, but it just keeps disappearing. Any suggestions? For context, I only do one file deep, try to follow all the rules, etc. all the other recipes work.

In the mods community there are so many options and content creators who do such amazing work but honestly when it comes to food and drink these are the only ones I like and appreciate! Thank you for all you do!
