The Architects Dungeon v.002b **Error Fix 2016 the reboot(5)**
🕑 Added 2025-05-29 23:21:26 +0000 UTCStarting this up from the top again, there where so many things that was messed up in the latest version that I needed to fix, Mostly fixing the way characters spawn as well as fixing a bug where they would not head to their destinations and would just stand at the spawn point.
I also updated the UI to make things clearer when buying things as well as when crafting.
There was also a bug where I forgot to tell the game to reset the characters ability to be effected by their activities.
as of now I believe thats everything but at the same time I don't know how stable things are still. there could be times where things just break even thought they work the first 10 times.
Finally setting up things to work with the starting moments of the game I have preset the game to start off with a preset Adventurer that will enter the dungeon, this is to make the first dungeon defense not as stressful when I implement it.

you know at a certain point it becomes comical, anyway I have went through it all again fixing everything. it's wild adding one thing lead to so many things breaking. I have played through to make sure everything is working and so now this should work.

Third times the charm, I have combed over what the problem code was and managed to fix the errors, I'm sorry for the frustration but I have since then tested it in editor and in build so now things should be on track I'll go over the game with a more fine comb in the mean time so once again Hope you enjoy what I've put together for real this time thank you for being patient with me.

I have been informed of an error with the game that leads to starting a new game to not work, I've managed to fixed the issue and my god what a stupid reason in what the case was but that unity for ya.
now without further a due I hope you enjoy what I've made so far, and continue to look forward to this project getting done only a little built left before the game play loop is complete.

OUUUAAAAH, I've finished the craft system! Sorry again for how long this took, truth be told for some reason working with grid systems gives me a lot of anxiety that on top of Unity UI coding being really obnoxious due to not that much information on making it work with controllers which sadly I had to turn off for the crafting UI. but anyway Item traits along with the crafting system has been added. Next up is the Dungeon build system which I've stated before will just require me to plug it into the game along with make the debug assets. Doing that I also want to implement the character models as well as change the environments. let me know if the systems don't work Unity has this weird thing with things working in the editor not working in the build don't know why but thats what happens.
If you played Atelier Sophie then you know how this system works but I mixed it with the crafting system of Ryza with you can mix set as much as you are allowed as long as at least 3 ingredients have been placed.
now that the base structure has been implemented I feel like I can set this game up with a manager so that updating allows you guys to transfer saves easier.

I've been told I have recently fixed it so everything should work now but if any other issues come up let me know. Unity tends to have a problem of not telling me what works in editor and what works in a developed build.

The start button does not work...
