"Tegan!"
Tegan hesitated for just a second, instinct overtaking her for the briefest moment, sending a bolt of fear through her at the sound of her Mommy's voice, regardless of all the mental preparation she'd done for today. She was proud of herself for not doing any more than that, for pushing forward after the tiniest pause, telling herself that it must have been so short that nobody had really noticed, and kept going.
This was the perfect opportunity, and she wasn't going to let it go to waste. Mommy has insisted she come to the birthday party, after all, when she'd brought the invitation home, despite Tegan's whining, telling her that Maya bullied her at school and had only given Tegan the card because her own Mommy had been visiting and made her hand them out to everybody.
Maya had even thrown a bit of a fit when they'd gotten to Tegan's desk. "But she's such a baby!" she'd pouted. "I don't want her there! She still wears diapers!"
Tegan had squirmed in her seat, cheeks burning, trying to vanish as her classmates giggled at her. It was so unfair... She was positive most, if not all, of them wore diapers to bed, and there was no question that they all, including Maya, were in trainers during the day, and could easily be demoted to her level at any time for, basically, any reason. If anything, it was a shock that a school run by Amazons would allow so many littles to go without them for as long as they had, though Tegan suspected that wasn't going to last for much longer... The stash of diapers in the supply closet she had to toddle off to every time her teacher decided she needed a change was getting larger and larger, as if the staff was stocking up for something...
"Well, so will you if you don't be nice," Maya's Mommy had scolded, giving her a swat on the bottom. "Honestly, Maya... I don't know how you expect anyone to believe you're too grown-up for school when you act like this!"
"That's how they all are," the teacher commiserated. "At least little Tegan is honest about it."
It would be more accurate to say that Tegan's Mommy was more strict, that, upon the slightest wet spot in her Pull-Ups, the smallest stain, she'd taken them away, and would hear no arguments about why she deserved a second chance.
And that was exactly why Tegan was doing this, why she was running away. It had been so long now that she was starting to notice damp spots appearing in her padding if she concentrated too hard at school, if she got caught up in a daydream too long... If this kept going, she might truly become dependent on these diapers, and then there would be no turning back!
The party was her best chance, with so many littles running around, especially when she'd taken a closer look at the invitation and saw it was at an outdoor skating rink. On foot, she was much slower than Mommy... On wheels, however, she might have a shot.
As soon as she'd arrived, she was grateful she had, as they were stopped at the entrance gate by a gruff 'tweener boy that might have been cute, had he not barked at her, "All littles have to wear protection!"
She'd been confused for a moment, wondering if she needed knee pads or something like that, before glancing past him, seeing her classmates laid out on a row of changing pads behind him on the grass, getting diapered, Maya in the middle of a tantrum, tears in her eyes as she yelled at her Mommy, who was calmly claiming she'd had no idea about that rule. It was amusing enough that it almost made up for the smirk on the 'tweener's face as he looked her over again and declared, "Oh, I see you already have it. Go ahead, then."
"Are you sure you can handle this?" Mommy had asked. "You can stay with me and talk to the other Mommies and Daddies if you want."
"I-I think I can do it," Tegan had told her meekly, letting herself be led over to the little hut where they could rent skates, barely able to hide a grin. Before she'd been captured, and adopted, by Mommy, she'd skated all the time... Mommy didn't need to know that, though.
She'd done her best to keep up the illusion, to pretend to have trouble keeping her balance, for as long as it seemed like Mommy was paying close attention to her. Unfortunately, by then, it was time for them to gather around so Maya could open presents and have cake, so Tegan had to wait for that to end before she could try again.
"This cake is only for grown-ups," Maya had informed her when she'd gone to get a piece. "Diaper babies don't get any."
"You're wearing one, too," Tegan had pointed out. She might also have pointed out that the 'grown-ups' had their own cake, which struck her as a bit odd, but she could tell Maya was just upset about her and her friends having had to stoop to Tegan's level and be diapered for her party.
Mommy had been surprisingly nice upon seeing that. "Do you want me to talk to her Mommy?" she'd offered, Tegan shaking her head. "Do you want a bite of my cake?"
"No," Tegan had said. "I think I'm gonna go skate some more..."
She'd had to wait, letting the other partygoers filter back onto the rink to provide a distraction before, finally, she started to skate towards the far end, away from the gathered Amazons. There was a fence around the rink, but there was one section that didn't seem too high, so maybe she could climb over it, if she had time...
Except, she'd already heard Mommy call her name, knew she was already running out of time. She gulped, skated on, pretending she'd been too far away to give herself a cover, in case Mommy did catch up with her.
A hand closed around her wrist, spinning her around. "Where you going?" Maya teased. "Didn't you hear your Mommy calling, baby Tegan? What, is it time for your nap?"
"Maya!" Tegan glared at her angrily. This wasn't the time! If Mommy saw her turned this way, she'd never buy Tegan's story about not knowing she was trying to find her. In fact, from the corner of her eyes, she could see the woman beckoning her closer. "Leave me alone!"
"Now, why would..?" Maya began to ask, grinning... And then stopped, eyes widening, knees bending. "Oh, no!" she squealed, Tegan watching in shock as the bully's diaper began to grow, to sag. As satisfying as that was, as much as she wanted to savor it, Tegan began to skate away again, making it a few more feet before realizing she was hearing grunting and groaning from far more than just Maya. She couldn't help herself, couldn't resist turning to look, to see her whole class, everyone who had followed Maya's lead in making fun of her, in the midst of filling their diapers...
It was a sight that was nearly worth Mommy catching up to her. "Where do you think you're going?!" she demanded.
"Nowhere, Mommy," Tegan told her, shaking her head. She did want to get away, to go back to being a grown-up herself... But she almost didn't mind. She had a feeling school was about to get far more interesting, now that the entire class had just proven they belonged in diapers just as much, if not more, than her...
"Night-night, Cecily!"
"Goodnight, Daddy," Cecily grumbled, turning over in her crib, overnight diaper crinkling loudly. Daddy chuckled, giving it a playful pay through her blanket.
"Don't be mad at me," he told her. "You did this to yourself, young lady."
She wanted to argue, but she knew it was not only futile, it would make things even worse...
It was hard to recall sometimes that they'd started out as boyfriend and girlfriend, that Daddy had claimed he was so impressed with her for being so mature, despite being a little. She was certain now that he was lying, appealing to her pride; back then, she'd bought it hook, line, and sinker, not even questioning it when he refused to sleep with her, saying it would be more special the longer they waited.
So, when he first brought it up, she assumed he was telling the truth, that he was looking out for her. "You really shouldn't curse so much," he'd said. "I know you think it sounds grown-up, but when you do it every other word, it just seems childish."
"Really?" she'd frowned. "It's such a habit now..."
"I could help you break it," he'd offered.
"How?" she'd rolled her eyes. "Are you going to soap my naughty mouth, Daddy?" She'd been mocking him - she'd still called him Darren then, never suspecting she'd soon by referring to him that way all the time - but he'd taken it seriously.
"No, no," he'd shaken his head. "We'd never finish! By the time I was done washing your mouth out for one word, I'd have to start again for the next one!"
"Oh, fuck you," she'd stuck her tongue out at him. "I'm not that bad!"
"I don't think you realize how bad you are," he'd told her. "But I have an idea for a way to help you understand... Every time you use a bad word in front of me, I'm going to get rid of a pair of your panties and replace them with a diaper."
"What?!" she'd squealed. "No! I don't need diapers!"
"You don't have to use them," he'd assured her. "I'll even get you some you can change yourself, in case it gets so bad you have to wear them. But every time you open up your underwear drawer and see how many diapers are in there, in comparison to your underwear, it will remind you of how silly and immature your little habit is."
She hadn't been in love with the concept, but when he put it like that, it hadn't seemed so bad... And he had been right that the visual representation did make her aware of how often she really did curse, often without thinking about it. He always took them from her drawer, too, not the hamper, so if they were close to needing to do laundry, she'd sometimes run out, and have no choice other than to let him put her into one of the diapers now and then, those incidents growing closer and closer together until, before she knew it, she had no panties left at all.
"All right," she'd told him. "Clearly this experiment has failed, so why don't you give me my underwear back and we can try something else?"
"I can't do that, silly girl," he'd informed her. "I got rid of them."
"Wait," she'd squirmed, staring up at him in shock, the diaper around her waist suddenly feeling so much thicker and tighter around her bottom. "Y-You threw away all my panties?!"
He had, and when she bought herself more, he'd switched her to diapers with little-proof tapes so that only he was able to remove them once he'd put her in them... That was when he'd presented her with the next part of his plan. "I think the problem is, only you and I know what a baby you are," he'd said. "So now, every time you use a bad word, I'm going to take a piece of your clothing that lets you hide them, and if you run out of those... Well, everybody will be able to see the truth about you."
"What?!" she'd sniffled fearfully. "No! Fuck you! I'm not gonna do that!" She couldn't let there be a repeat, couldn't wind up, before she knew it, with nothing to hide her diapers, no way to keep the world from seeing that she wore them.
"You don't get to make the rules, little one," he'd cooed. "Daddy does... And Daddy has been keeping track of your dirty mouth since you ran out of panties, so your closet is already about to become a lot emptier, sweetie."
She'd known then that this had all been a trap, that he'd been toying with her the whole time... Unfortunately, it was too late. As her wardrobe dwindled in size, and she started running around in just a shirt and diaper at home to conserve the few skirts and pants she had left, he began buying furniture for the spare room, setting up a nursery in there, a silent warning of what would happen if she ever ran out completely...
And today, she had. He'd informed her that morning that the rest of her bottoms were waiting to be washed, that she'd have to go to work in a shirt and diaper, and she'd launched into a string of expletives that had lost her every single one of those, and wound up with her over his knee, and then being buckled into a brand new car seat, being driven to daycare instead of her job. If there had been any question of his ultimate goal, it was answered when she'd toddled up to one of the workers and begged to be let out of her diaper to use the potty.
"Oh, no, cutie," she'd been informed. "Your Daddy tells us you're nowhere near ready for potty training, so that is strictly off limits for you!"
"No, you don't understand!" she'd whined. "I-I hafta..." She hadn't been able to say it out loud, but from the look in the worker's eye, they both knew just what she meant. She'd always been able to hold it until Darren was home, until he could help her out of her diaper and onto the toilet... He wouldn't want her to do that in her pants... Would he?!
"Don't worry," the worker had patted her on the head. "Your diaper can handle it." And, to Cecily's horror, it had, in front of the whole daycare, while she had nothing more than a t-shirt to try to hide the evidence.
"Darren, please," she'd pleaded when he came to pick her up. "You hafta give me another chance."
"No, I think you've had more than enough, young lady," he'd said. "And it's Daddy now... If you call me anything else, I'll count it as another strike."
"No!" she'd crossed her arms defiantly. "I'm not going to call you that, Darren! I'm just as much an adult as you, and..."
He'd whisked off her shirt, leaving her standing there in front of him in only her diaper and socks, Cecily trying in vain to cover herself from the eyes of the other students of the daycare, realizing exactly what the next stage was going to be.
She couldn't let that happen... So she was grateful that she'd thought ahead, stuffed a tiny wad of paper into the latch on the crib before now, just in case. Indeed, now that she'd been demoted to daycare and diapers, he'd put her to bed, quite early, in the crib in the spare bedroom, where she'd tossed and turned and waited for him to lie down as well. She hadn't gotten another shirt, and, after jiggling the side of the crib and making it lower, the paper preventing the lock from fully engaging, it dawned on her that her closet was in the other room, the one Darren was going to bed in.
She wrapped the blanket around herself, creeping through the house as quietly and carefully as she could. She had to get away, to find someone who would listen to her, believe her when she told them she didn't need these diapers, that she'd been tricked... It wasn't going to be easy, especially not after she heard a noise behind her and broke out into a run, nearly tripping over the blanket. In her hurry, she let go of it, kicking it aside to keep from getting it tangled up in her feet.
"Aww, phooey," she mumbled, blushing bright red when she let herself stop, peering behind herself to see there was nobody there after all. She could see the blanket off in the distance, too far back to go retrieve when she had to get as far away from Daddy's house as possible before he discovered she was gone, away from any of his neighbors that might recognize her... But, dressed as she was now, how would anyone ever believe that she was anything more than a runaway baby? It certainly wouldn't help that the lesson, seemingly, had finally sunk in, without her even noticing it, her mind automatically substituting a more appropriate word for the one she'd intended to use.
"No, you don't understand!" Kathy protested, kicking her feet frantically, a rush of vertigo overwhelming her as she looked down, saw how far away the ground was beneath her, making her cling all the tighter to the giant who she had literally run into, who had scooped her up off the ground where she'd fallen, and been too stunned to scramble away as she saw the size of the woman in front of her.
Kathy didn't understand either, to be fair... What had happened?! She'd been out on her evening run, listening to the radio app on her phone, when she'd seen a ripple in the air in front of her, too close for her to turn away from, to avoid. It had felt strange, cool, almost, on her skin as she passed through it, the pop song blasting in her ears instantly replaced by a tinkly nursery rhyme.
She'd frowned, reaching into the pocket of her shorts to pull out her phone, to see if the app had switched stations on her for some reason... And that was when she'd bumped into the woman, her phone tumbling from her hands, ripping her earbuds out with it, making her curse inwardly at having been too cheap to buy wireless ones.
"Poor little thing," the woman had cooed at her. "What are you doing out so late, all on your own? Are you looking for your Mommy? Don't worry, I'll help you out... But first, I think we'd better get you dressed properly."
Kathy had no idea what that meant... Or, at least, she tried to tell herself that, though the tone the woman was talking to her in, the way the difference in their sizes made her feel... It was hardly a surprise when the woman took her into a public restroom and straight to the plastic changing table on the wall, folding it down.
"No!" Kathy groaned, shaking her head as she was plopped down on the edge of the changing table, legs dangling. "I'm not a baby! I-I don't need diapers!"
"Such a wiggle worm," the woman teased, giving Kathy's tummy a tickle, the smaller woman giggling despite herself, regretting her choice to wear a cropped hoodie instead of a longer one now, having left herself wide open for that. "I'm going to have to use the restraints on you! I don't want you falling off and hurting yourself!"
"You don't have to do any of that!" Kathy shook her head, whimpering as the woman pushed her onto her back, fastening soft cuffs around Kathy's wrists and ankles, trapping her there on the changing table, helplessly watching the woman take some coins out of her purse, feeding them into the machine beside Kathy on the wall. "Oh, my God," she squeaked, seeing the package that emerged, the woman expertly unwrapping it and revealing the diaper inside, so much thicker than Kathy could have imagined, yet clearly more than big enough to fit on her. "Please, don't!"
"So fussy!" the woman smiled. "It's all right, sweetheart, I'll get you back to your Mommy as soon as I can!"
"No!" Kathy wrinkled her nose, struggling futilely as she watched her shorts and panties being slid down to her ankles, gasping in shock as they were replaced with the diaper, her backside sinking into the soft, bulky padding. "St-Stop it!"
The woman ignored her, powdering her up and pulling the tapes snug around her waist, sealing Kathy into the diaper. Kathy blushed as the restraints were undone, unable to keep herself from reaching down, poking at the padding, barely noticing as the woman whisked away the shorts and underwear into a pocket in her purse, not even offering to return them. "I-I'm not a baby," Kathy repeated, staring up at the woman, stunned.
"Of course you aren't," the woman agreed, the sound of her voice making it obvious she didn't believe that, that she was only humoring Kathy. "I bet I know how to get those grumpies out of you..." She reached down to the crotch of Kathy's diaper, giving it a rub. Kathy's eyes widened in shock, both at the audacity of this woman to touch a stranger that way... And at how amazing it felt. "Does your Mommy let you do this?" the woman pondered. "Well, I'm sure she'd make an exception now either way, to help calm you down after getting lost."
"I-I'm not lost," Kathy protested, struggling already to catch her breath form words properly as the woman began to rub again, her toes curling in her sneakers. "I-I mean, I am, but... I-I'm not... I-I don't... I-I..." In no time at all, Kathy's words dissolved into a moan as she had - much as she hated to admit it - the most intense orgasm of her life. She blushed, staring down at her feet, trying to catch her breath, feeling so tiny and silly to have done something like that in front of a stranger, and in diapers at that.
"There," the woman smiled. "Don't you feel better?" Kathy shook her head, nibbling her bottom lip, hoping the woman couldn't tell what a lie that was, yet the chuckle Kathy heard from her indicated that, most likely, she could. The woman picked Kathy up, carrying her over to the sink to wash her hands, Kathy squirming as she looked at herself in the mirror, saw what, within mere minutes of arriving in this place, she'd become.
"You stay right there," the woman had ordered, setting Kathy down on the floor so she could wash her own hands. But Kathy couldn't do that... She was glad she ran every evening, that she was used to this, though the bulk of her diaper slowed her down. She made a break for it, running through the park, hoping she was right about which direction the woman had carried her.
Surprisingly, despite what she was wearing, despite the woman's longer legs, Kathy got a lead on her, and it kept building. She still wasn't certain if she was going the correct way, the layout of the trails in this world seemingly just different enough from her own to throw her off, but, at last, she saw something lying in the grass. When she got closer, she recognized her phone, and, peering ahead on the trail, she spotted a ripple in the air, the same one that had brought her here.
She could have bent down, scooped up her phone, kept running back home... But she paused instead, biting her lip, wiggling her bottom, listening to her diaper crinkle, blushing at how tingly even that got her, between her legs. She couldn't deny that what had happened on the changing table had been mind-blowing... She couldn't stay in this world of giants just for that, though! That was insane!
And yet... Her whole body continued to warm, imagining the woman catching up with her, scolding her, yanking Kathy over her lap for a spanking. She'd never fantasized about this sort of thing before, never would have dreamed it was something she'd be into... But here she was, undeniably turned on by the whole thing.
She could, of course, find someone back in her own world to do this with, could go back to her old life and experiment on the weekends, like any responsible adult surely would... She didn't have to stay here, potentially trapped in a world of giants, with no choice other than to be treated like a toddler... To be honest, however, she suspected that was part of the appeal to whatever deep, dark itch in her mind was being scratched by all this.
But she wasn't seriously going to indulge it... Was she?! She glanced behind herself, at the form of the woman, getting closer and closer, then back at the ripple, not sure what to do, which way to run... But knowing that the longer it took her to decide, the more chance there was that the decision would be made for her, that thought making her diaper grow warmer and wetter between her thighs.

Check out the work ausdpr has done, he (she?) has developed their own ai for this exact purpose
wow and as a long time fan its does bring me back
I'm kinda impressed with how well the AI has drawn the diapers. The few AI diaper art I've seen were...pretty meh. These are actually really good.
