The Stepdaughter: Spring Break - Chapter 4
🕑 Added 2023-03-22 12:00:01 +0000 UTCJanet woke up with a stretch, and, the moment her hands brushed against the bars surrounding her, she was reminded of where she was, a scowl crossing her slowly awakening face. She was at home, in her crib, swaddled up in a thick - and soaked - diaper and footed sleeper, pacifier firmly in her mouth. But it hardly mattered... This was, it seemed, how she'd spent most of her time this week.
It had been only a couple days now, stuck in the nursery when she went to the daycare, having to play the simplest games imaginable with the other babies, being fed bottles of Lexi's breastmilk, having her diaper changed... Being looked after like any other infant. Then, when she got home, Lexi almost immediately fed her, gave her a bath, and put her back in her crib there for the night. It was, to put it mildly, mind-numbingly boring, somehow even worse than the time she'd spent being tormented by her stepdaughter, in its own way. She groaned and pouted, squirming in her crib, wracking her brains. How could she get out of this?
Escaping was really not an option... She didn't know if Lexi was staying here, or if she had cameras set up, or what, but she was always ready to appear and thwart her, so her options at home were limited. The workers at the daycare kept a very close eye on their charges, and even if she was able to slip past them, where would she go? Returning home from there meant Lexi would find her, and that was sure to be the first place Bernice looked when she was alerted that Janet had gone missing if Lexi wasn't around for any reason. It wasn't like she brought any money or her ID with her to the daycare, or that she had pockets to hide that stuff in on most of her outfits...
What might work, however, it dawned on her after a few minutes of fidgeting and feeling sorry for herself, was pretending to be sick. At the very least, it might prevent Bernice from taking her to daycare. Lexi might even take pity on her and be nice, and give her time to think of a better, more permanent, solution.
As if on cue, Lexi opened up the door, looking in and smiling at Janet, making certain she was awake before turning on the light. "Good morning," she cooed. "I thought I heard you rustling around in here. Did you have a good sleep?"
Janet sniffled, shaking her head. "No," she fibbed. "My tummy hurts... I don't feel good..." She batted her eyes, doing her best to sweet talk the maid.
"Aww, poor thing," Lexi replied, walking over to the crib, brushing Janet's hair out of her face. Janet flinched slightly, hoping she wouldn't check her temperature, which was bound to be normal. She had said it was her stomach that was bothering her... "I'll get you seen to, dear."
Janet frowned, not sure what that meant, but confident that her plan seemed to be working. Indeed, when Bernice showed up to pick her up, Janet sitting on the floor of the living room, still in her sleeper, Lexi told her, "Sorry, she isn't feeling well today."
"Oh, that's too bad," Bernice said. "Well, give her this, will you?"
Lexi handed the envelope over to Janet once Bernice was gone, Janet opening it up to find an invitation to Melba's birthday party. Her nose wrinkled at the sight of it, pondering if she was going to be able to keep this act up long enough to avoid that.
Lexi took her back to her room after that, letting her sit up there on her own. There wasn't much to do, yet it was far better than being at the daycare, having to shake a rattle, or flip through some crinkly, cloth picture books, or any of the other babyish activities she'd be expected to do there. She was satisfied with this, with lying there on the floor, thinking hard about how to put a stop to all this more permanently.
She wasn't sure how long it had been, lost in thought, before Lexi showed up in the doorway. "I called a friend of mine about your problem," she said. "Her name is Ms. Barlow, and she works at a very special place... She sent over a friend of hers who knows just how to make you better. You're going to be polite to her, aren't you?"
Janet gulped, sucking nervously on her paci. She had been so pre-occupied, she hadn't even heard the door! Who was this? A doctor? She hadn't anticipated that... It wasn't as if she'd claimed to have anything seriously wrong with her... She nodded reluctantly, watching as Lexi stepped aside, letting another woman into her room, dressed in a nurse's uniform, carrying a bag.
"Her little tummy isn't feeling good," Lexi told the woman.
"Oh, no!" the nurse shook her head. "That's so sad... But I'll get her fixed up in no time!"
Lexi grinned. "I knew you would... Janet, if you can be a good girl, I'll have a surprise for you in the living room when you're finished."
She stepped out, leaving Janet all alone with the strange nurse, who immediately stepped over, grabbing for the zipper on Janet's sleeper. "W-Wait!" Janet blushed, shaking her head.
"It's okay," the nurse promised. "I can't examine you if you have these clothes on!" She pushed Janet's hands aside, tugging down the zipper in one smooth motion. "And look! You need a change anyway, silly girl!"
Janet blushed, looking down at her diaper, which was, indeed, soggy once more. The nurse quickly and efficiently stripped her of her sleeper and diaper, wiping her crotch off, then making her lie on her stomach. Janet wasn't sure why, until she saw the woman reach into her bag and take out a thermometer. Even then, she was uncertain, for the moment it took for the nurse to produce a tub of Vaseline, putting some onto the tip of the thermometer.
"W-Wait!" Janet gasped, nibbling on her paci. "I-I don't have a fever! I-I just...!"
"We'll see about that," the nurse cut her off, sliding the thermometer into Janet's quivering backside. The girl squeaked, wriggling in discomfort. "Be still," the nurse scolded. "We want to get an accurate reading, or we'll have to do it again."
Janet groaned, doing her best to obey, but the unfamiliar invasion made it a challenge. She concentrated as hard as she could on her pacifier, sucking harder and harder until, finally, the nurse plucked the thermometer out, looking at the reading with a mysterious, "Hmm," before returning to her bag, this time removing a large, red enema bag.
"No!" Janet whimpered. Hazel had loved to threaten her with those, though she'd never actually followed through...
"Yes," the nurse countered. "From what I can see, the only cure for what is ailing you is a nice, soapy enema." She took a bottle of something else from the bag and poured it into the enema bag, then walked out of the bedroom, Janet scurrying after, forgetting all about her nudity.
"Please, don't!" she begged, eyes widening as the nurse went into the bathroom, putting the bag under the sink and starting to fill it, her desperation growing as she saw the bag swelling bigger and bigger, knowing it was all going into her. "I-I'm feeling better already!" she blurted out. "I-I could go to daycare!"
"It's much too late for that, dear," the nurse smirked, screwing the top back onto the full enema bag and attaching a hose to it, the other end of which ended in a nozzle that was slipped into Janet's bottom, the bag hung on the shower curtain rod. Janet squealed into her paci as she felt the water begin to flow, glugging uncomfortably into her.
"It isn't fun, is it?" the nurse asked, Janet sniffling and shaking her head. "Well, that's what naughty little girls like you get. Naughty little liars who try to fake their way out of daycare... Did you really think you were clever enough to fool an actual adult?"
Janet swallowed, staring up at the nurse. She wanted to speak, to defend herself - though what she would have said, she didn't know - but all she could do in the moment was wriggle and groan as more and more soapy water rushed through the nozzle, her stomach feeling like it was swelling to contain it all.
"Lexi isn't even trained like I am, and she spotted it right away. I'm sure you thought you were so smart... Well, what about now? Do you feel smart now, little one?" Janet shook her head pitifully. "Good, because you aren't. You're a silly little baby, aren't you?" Janet nodded, willing to agree to anything if it got her out of this.
Whether it made a difference or not, it was hard to tell. The enema did end, but the bag had finally emptied out, so it wasn't as if the nurse stopped it early for her. Her head spun, remembering how much water she'd seen go into the bag, knowing it was all in her now, certain she could feel, and hear, it sloshing around in her belly as she was led, dazed, back to her room. She was so distracted by the extreme fullness she was experiencing, she didn't pay any attention to the diaper the nurse took from her bag and laid her on top of, taping her snugly inside before pushing a pair of earbuds into her ears, attached to a small MP3 player that, when the nurse hit play on, began to play some strange music.
Janet was sure something was going on, that something wasn't right, but the cramps the enema was already causing made it impossible to resist, to concentrate on anything else, and, before she knew it, she was drifting off into a deep trance...
She woke up in the living room, in her playpen. She frowned, blinking, trying to put the pieces together, mumbling aloud, "How did I get here?"
Or trying to, rather... All that came out was babyish gibberish and soft giggles. She gasped, raising her hands her her mouth in shock, feeling the paci there, and realizing, to her surprise, that it was moving, bobbing up and down. She hadn't even noticed she was sucking on it, but the evidence was clear.
"Aww, isn't she cute?"
She turned her head to see Janet, the nurse, and another woman all there, watching her. She blushed and looked away quickly, down at herself, seeing that she was still in only her diaper, though it was far thicker than her usual ones, with an even more babyish print... And it was also much messier than normal, no doubt thanks to the enema. She whimpered, poking at the mushy mass there, embarrassed she hadn't known right away that her diaper was dirty.
She tried again to speak, to ask Lexi what was going on, who the other woman was, but again, all she could do was babble and continue to nurse her pacifier. Fortunately, Lexi seemed to understand what she meant, at least.
"This is my friend, Ms. Barlow," she said. "I invited her over here, along with her." She pointed her finger, Janet following it to see that she wasn't alone in the playpen. There was another woman there, wearing a short baby dress, the hem high enough to show off a hint of the ruffles on her tights, and the bulge of the diaper underneath them, her outfit finished off by a pair of pink Mary Janes, and matching pink ribbons in her hair.
Janet couldn't help staring, even though she knew she looked even more infantile than this woman. What had happened to her, to make her end up this way, alongside Janet? There was no doubt, physically, she was an adult, more obviously so than Janet, even... The way she was sitting there, playing with her doll, however, eyes blank and empty... It creeped Janet out, to put it lightly.
"That is Addie," Lexi explained. "She used to be an adult, too... Until she was enrolled in the Dollhouse. That's where my friend, Ms. Barlow, here works."
"That's right," the other woman stepped closer to the playpen. "And if you don't behave yourself, young lady, you're going to find yourself as one of my students as well. I can tell, it wouldn't take you long at all to get you to her level."
Janet shook her head, babbling frantically into her paci, hoping she could get a word or two out between the babbles, desperate to promise Lexi she'd do whatever she wanted, that she didn't have to do this.
"That hypnosis the nurse used on you is temporary... For now. If you can't prove to me that you're going to be a good girl, I'm going to send you off with Ms. Barlow... And then you'll see what the Dollhouse can really do. Understand?" Janet nodded, glancing over at the other adult baby nervously. "Good... Now, there's still the matter of you faking being sick this morning that you'll have to be punished for."
Janet was almost glad she couldn't speak at the moment, or she might have protested that the enema had surely been punishment enough, potentially undermining her promise to be good already. In the middle of the living room, in front of everyone, Lexi laid her out over her lap, delivering a long, hard hairbrush spanking through her messy diaper until Lexi was bawling, bottom glowing bright red.
Afterwards, Lexi took her back to her room. She didn't get a change, but she did get some clothes, at least... Though not much, as Lexi just tugged a short t-shirt over her head, one that stopped short of hiding one bit of her extra bulky diaper, and a pair of booties onto her feet before they went back to join the others.
They were all waiting at the front door with a pair of adult-sized baby strollers, the babified woman in one, while the other was open and waiting for Lexi to lift her into it and begin to pull the straps snug around her. "We decided it would be a good time for the neighborhood to really meet Baby Jane," she smirked.
It took Janet a moment to realize that it wasn't a funny coincidence that the other woman's name happened to be so similar to hers... Lexi was talking about her, taking away her very name and infantilizing it... And, if she wanted to be true to her word, and stay out of the Dollhouse, even once she'd recovered from her hypnosis and could speak correctly again, there wasn't a single thing she could do about it... Or about her maid's plan to let her neighbors see her like this, in a messy diaper, reduced to babbling and sucking her paci like any other baby.
