i LOVED this and hearing everyone's perspectives, from folks who were new to wearing makeup to those who've been wearing it for years.... as someone who never used to wear anything, i find as i'm getting older i can't leave the house without it for fear of looking unprofessional or not my age. it's a bummer!

I never started with makeup so no one has anything to compare my real face with and so I only get told I look tired if I'm actually tired. It saves me time and money. And I also hate using filters on the camera. But to each their own. If you like it and you do it for you, rock on!

I’m with Rachel, I wear makeup every day to work, or if I’m going anywhere beyond like, the grocery store and it just helps me feel more put together. The pajama analogy was perfect .

I wore makeup once in the last few years, and that was for something important. Otherwise, no need.
