My friend (thepelvicdancefloor on TikTok) is a pelvic floor doctor and I'm sure she would LOVE to do a video with yall on peeing your pants / urinary incontinence post birth! She has a bunch of funny viral pelvic PT videos and I think it would be a super cool update to the birth series!

MOMS. Can we stop talking about peeing our pants so much?! YOU DONT HAVE TO PEE YOUR PANTS. YOU DONT HAVE TO HAVE A WEAK PELVIC FLOOR. ALL MOMS SHOULD GO TO PELVIC FLOOR PT AFTER BIRTH. (I feel very strongly about this and I am very upset that itβs not standard care, as you can tell lolβ¦ but really letβs stop the narrative that you have a baby and pee everywhere without control all the time forever lol. It doesnβt have to be this way. π)
