That was THE BEST theme park food I have ever seen! My partner and I miss Camp Snoopy at the Mall of America so much, we are totally considering a cross country trip to Knott's!

OMG Keith that was so risky. Nurse lecture: You already subject your gut to so much stress being that full, once you fill the stomach beyond capacity food can start to sit in the non-expandable upper esophagus. The connection between the esophagus and stomach is the most common place for an upper GI tear. So then you just add some G-forces onto an already strained connection and you are at high risk for a Mallory-Weiss tear. Google it. It aint pretty.

My new favorite Eat the Menu! Wow this place has some wonderful looking food. It’s now on my bucket list (I’m East Coast though. Boooo!). I can’t ride rides so I’d literally be going just to eat!
