Some new game ideas
🕑 Added 2024-07-24 00:08:38 +0000 UTCScreenshot is super work-in-progress. What I've been working on for the past month+ is a very solid and well-structured classical roguelike base. I tried different genres, art styles, and ideas, even 3d. But ended up settling on a game-idea that would expand Innventure's universe, playing as an adventurer that uses the Cock Inn as a hub.
I'm not 100% sure, but this idea seems to be the most interesting and easy to make. I already implemented the core - inventory, combat system (melee and range), world interactions, projectiles, destructible objects, chests, stuff that is necessary for any game of this genre.
I won't be posting that much wips on it right now, I didn't really even want to make this post, I'm kinda scared of showing something and then deciding to make something else, but I've put a lot of work into this prototype and it looks really decent to me, like something that can almost be called a game. And plus seeing that patreon is pretty much still alive, I thought it'll be better if I show at least something.
No deadlines no nothing, but I'm working on this project every day for at least 4-8 hours and making decent progress. Once there's more to show and I feel like I've made enough to semi-announce it - I'll make another post.
Thanks for your support as always love you!!!!!!
