They mailed me the Hat so yeah I’d say they have my address. They sent my first item (that I should have gotten at 3 months) at 6 months, and have yet to send the other two items. I’ve messaged them on here, left connects, tried Facebook and discord and they never respond. It’s really disappointing that not only are they not honoring what they say, they’re not even acknowledging it when people ask.

Twy

Is your mailing address on your Patreon account? They have said a couple times now that if your address wasn’t in your profile on your account that they couldn’t mail you anything. Hope that helps! 😀

Sarah Wharton

I can’t wait to see the end result!!

Shana McCord

Honestly they’ve had Patreon for about 10 months, this shouldn’t still be an issue. They also should respond themselves to the numerous times it’s been asked by many people. Them ignoring the issue is making it worse. There are people who have been pledging from the beginning that haven’t received any items at all. If they can’t honor what they have listed as rewards they need to refund people the difference between pledging levels and they need to change up what they offer.

sam_art21321

im sure soon:) I’m guessing with how popular theyre getting so fast, its hard to keep up with everything

Catherine Ferandin

I'm dying... I need to see what you did to Eugene's car!!

Shana McCord

When will you be sending out the rest of the rewards for those of us pledging at the $25 level? I’m owed 2 items and I know I’m not the only one.

Bri Ann

Good job Zach. Tap into those new york roots lmao. Plus, him trying SO HARD not to laugh at anything sexual gives me life.

Leslie Washkowiak

I love the owner's story. What a great guy!

Swayze

Eugene says this is the worst thing ever to happen to him - worse than having to sit on Keith's lap?

Kia

I flipped when Ned thought that getting soap all over him made him look sexy 😂😂😂😂

DDay

That’s what I saw too 😂

Barbara B

When I first saw the email, It looked like 'The Try Guys Pimp Eugene' SnS!

Oh nooo Eugene I hope they secretly are purchasing him a car or something. Though I drive the same car as Eugene and I didn't think it was that tragic..... Appreciated the background story in this episode as well, lots of layers to this one.

Kathleen Caldito

This just made my day!!!

Great ep. And the constant stream of hilarious dirty jokes made Tuesday less Tuesday-ey.

Tea or Books (Simon and Rachel)

Aw, I love how often Eugene calls them his friends, rather than "the other Try Guys". This is PROGRESS.

I hate cars and car culture but I love your dumbass energy that I paid attention and learned about detailing cars. It's never will serve me because I live in NYC and never plan on owning a car, but thanks a bunch anyway!!!
