Heads up that the tofu dish isn't vegetarian. It's made with chicken broth. None of their dishes are vegetarian including their steamed vegetables and rice (the put meat broth in all of it). At some point this year they might be adding a vegetarian option.

I'm here to stick up for my Eggplant tofu! In the area I live in, it's actually garlic eggplant tofu and it's so good! I mix it with the Beijing beec. The soft mushiness of the eggplant/tofu mixed with the crunchy beef and bell peppers is magical!!!
