Did anyone else not see the video on their youtube page until almost 30 minutes after it had been posted? I usually take a coffee break at 10 to watch the new video. When I went to watch it today the video wasn't showing up on their page even though they had updated their instagram to indicate it had been uploaded. The video didn't show up on their page for me until 10:30. Has this delay happened to anyone else? I'm thinking it was either a weird Youtube glitch or it was something similar to what happened last week with the Patreon preview; a new staff member not quite knowing the ropes yet. I also didn't get a notification from Youtube.

lol The chances of being injured or paralyzed by a licensed chiropractor is probably no more or no less than a licensed doctor who specializes in other things. The force required to break someone's neck is a lot more than the average action movie would have you believe, haha. I used to get migraines so bad I was bedridden for days, that is, until I started going to a chiropractor. Now I only ever have bad headaches every once in a while, never migraines. So that's why, lol.

I'm with Ned---I don't mind the sound of bones cracking, but not on me thanks. I've heard they can do a 'soft touch' type adjustment where you don't hear it, but I'm still very leery about that. I've seen 20/20 too many times and those people who are paralyzed because of a wrong twist :(

I've never been to a chiropractor, and I never will, because I just don't have that level of trust. With that said, I know people who can only function after being "adjusted", as they call it. There are some things that physical therapy isn't quite up to. Heck, just ask Zach! So, while I know that it's necessary for some people, and I could definitely benefit from it myself, I'll leave it to people with better insurance, and less trust issues.

I'd LOVE to get my bones cracked sometime. Half the time, when I stand up, they crack and pop anyway, and often it feels like something needs to crack and then won't. Based on Ned's reactions, I'd say that not everyone would agree with me there. Thanks for making us smile and laugh, Ned.

Also 100% with Ned here. The neck stuff is scary, especially with the risk of cervical artery dissection like the above commenter said. In general, most of the time the bone cracking is just for the instant relief and satisfaction, but not everyone that goes to a chiropractor really NEEDS the mobilization, and the more you go get adjusted, the more hypermobilized your joints become. I will do a lumbar twist on my own or have my fiance push on my thoracic spine and get a good crack but that's as far as I go. Miss me with that neck shit. I am perfectly happy with yoga, stretching, and physical therapy. Cringefestttt. Poor Ned, he really had a hard time with this hahahaha.
