Consequently, it is time to focus on improving oneself. Diet, physical fitness, and overall health.
Just before you go to bed, you should meditate about how you are going to direct your attention to your Goddess. Make it a habit to do this every night. I will teach you how to become a more effective slave for Me and as well as a healthier version of themselves! I only want you to repeat after me and follow my lead...
