I've been watching for years, and this was the video that finally made me pay actual money to a YouTuber. Bravo, sir. It was the best and sanest description of the situation I've ever heard. You also tipped the scales on me constructing a (very small scale) solar/battery setup. My ham radio shack is now entirely powered by the sun (and will work if the grid goes down).
