PM_4.0 : Beach Mansion 06
🕑 Added 2025-10-24 15:57:52 +0000 UTCIt should be obvious as everyone knows leuge_56, but hereโs the link to the map:

๐ฅ READ THIS CAREFULLY โ ITโS NOT A SUGGESTION! ๐ฅ
๐จ INSTALL USING THE OIV! ๐จ
DO NOT unzip it. DO NOT copy-paste manually. It WILL NOT work.
If "Install in Game Folder" confuses you, take a deep breath and use your brain: this is a script, and it belongs in the SCRIPTS folder, not in the MOD folder.
๐ Ignore this at your own risk. Don't come complaining if you mess it up. ๐
First of all, huge thanks to LEUGE_56 for this masterpiece!
A massive mansion featuring every imaginable amenity โ tennis court, billiards, basketball court, cinema, sauna, and even a helipad.
All of this in a truly AAA location, with a direct ocean view just steps away from Vespucci Beach โ seamlessly integrated with impressive attention to detail.
Iโve also improved how vehicles load into the garage: the loading now only triggers once you drive onto the ramp, for a smoother and more realistic experience.
