🕑 Added 2024-09-16 03:49:50 +0000 UTCi'm FINALLY feeling back to normal! thank goodness, i'm so happy i could cry. i ended up not taking the new meds today and i was still feeling sick but i finally felt better around dinner time. i'll obviously follow up with my provider tomorrow.
i just finished tonight's episode of before the 90, another great episode! i'm gonna film the recap tomorrow and i'll post the first draft here. if you're new, first draft means it's the main video of me just recapping BEFORE sending it off to my editor who does the screenshots, video clips, and any other editing they wanna add.

I am so glad you are feeling better! I forgot to mention in my comment yesterday but you should ask about doing the GeneSight test. It’s genetic testing that can tell you what types of anti-depressants and anxiety medication that work best for you based on your genes as well as ones that you should avoid etc. from personal experience it saved me from having to experiment with meds that were not going to work.
