Depends on how you define bachelorettes. If you just want the ones the game makes datable, then there's definitely a mod for that. There are also some mods that will allow you to expand the playing field a bit. However, I'm pretty sure there are limits out there. Like I haven't seen any mods that even give Rasmodious' ex a name, let alone allow the player to date her. To be clear, some may exist, I just haven't seen them.

Dragon Age Inquisition actually does this, but there are some fickle conditions about how it plays out. The most famous is Iron Bull and Dorian (whose relationship not only shows up in party idle chat, but other NPCs will also comment on). The rest are between party members and NPCs you mostly encounter at camps*
